Payment & Policies
Payment will be collected at the time of service, as we are a private-pay practice/out-of-network provider. We accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA; payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a superbill with relevant codes so you can submit it to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider beforehand to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

Early Intervention Program (EIP)
Funded by New York State and local counties for infants and toddlers under age 3 with a developmental delay or a diagnosed disability. Evaluations and therapy are provided at no direct cost to families regardless of income. Contact your county’s Department of Health, Early Intervention Office.

Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE)
NYS-funded program for children ages 3-5 years with delays and/or a diagnosed disability. Evaluations and therapy are provided with no direct cost to families regardless of income. For more information, please contact your local school district.

Public School Districts
Under federal and state laws, local school districts must provide free appropriate public education, including speech-language therapy, to eligible school-aged children with speech or language disabilities.
Cancellations
C2C is committed to providing our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We request that you give our office at least 24 hours' notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the full charge. We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected childhood illnesses happen. In the event of a cancellation, please call your specific therapist.
